Nope. This is a small selection of just some of my favourite cheap eats, without skimping on quality. Portioned up off this gigantic one, the oyster omelet is a staple favourite for many, me included. Come here and sit right in front of the temple to have some fried rice with some small dishes. Under <strong>$50<\/strong>\/bowl. The rice will set you back a mere <strong>$40<\/strong>, and the soup with noodles inside will set you back <strong>$80<\/strong>. And, you&#8217;re set to go get a bowl of delicious shaved ice at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/AzB1boGpetFgYfsr9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Summer Tree Desserts<\/a><\/strong>, after.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eatingintaipei.com\/1976-hong-kong-restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taipei City \u2013 1976 Hong Kong Restaurant<\/a><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/47397.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>$130<\/strong> for a bowl of this monstrous, delicious congee, and <strong>$160<\/strong> for a bowl of noodles with pork liver is going the right way. This place is really solid, and even though it&#8217;s in the Eastern (can be more expensive) Area, it&#8217;s a good find.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eatingintaipei.com\/shaos-soup-dumplings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taipei City \u2013 Soup Dumplings\u4e0a\u6d77\u90b5\u5e2b\u5085\u6e6f\u5305<\/a><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ea623-imag4163.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">$60 for this?! I&#8217;m all in! They also do some really good curry pot stickers, too.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eatingintaipei.com\/raohe-night-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taipei City \u2013 \u9952\u6cb3\u591c\u5e02 RaoHe Nightmarket<\/a><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1_dsc05267.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">At <strong>$55<\/strong>, this will absolutely not disappoint. Delicious.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1_dsc05285.jpg?resize=340%2C512&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Fresh squid\" width=\"340\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If seafood is your thing, then this fresh squid will tick your box. It&#8217;s<strong> $150<\/strong>, which may not strike you as\u00a0<strong>cheap,\u00a0<\/strong>but the freshness and quality of this will make it seem like a dream!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1_dsc05290.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">You get a big bit of pork stuffed in this bowl, with a delicious warming broth, all for a budget of <strong>$85.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">As I said before, this is not every single inexpensive eat in the Taipei area. But, it&#8217;s a selection of a few of the delicious ones I have had the pleasure of eating, so far.
